HUNT-R was my second entry in a MagicaVoxel Discord contest, and earned 2nd place via community vote.

The design for this character was inspired by the "HAN-D" (pictured bottom right) and "MUL-T" characters from the Risk of Rain video game series. It was my first time designing anything with a vaguely humanoid shape, which was a fun new challenge. I really enjoyed adding in the small details like the various vents, hoses, and cables. Some colour variation on the edges and corners give it a slightly weathered look to make it seem as though HUNT-R has been through some conflict.
